Goodbye Greece

Our final morning in Greece started with a delicious bowl of quinoa, blueberries, strawberries and flaked almonds.

With only a couple hours before heading to the airport, we wolfed down our food and took to the road outside the hotel.

Which lead us out to this sightly view.

All packed up, starting our journey back to the not so sunny England.

Mykonos, Town Centre

All feeling slightly fragile this morning, we decided to give the sun-beds a rest and spend the day shopping.

Which meant the plans of the day panned out to benefit my mum and I.

Prepare for a white, blue and door heavy post.

A couple pair of shoes, souvenirs and gifts later a coffee was in order.

It was our final night in Greece, so we headed back to our favourite restaurant.

Dancing the streets in my new shoes.

Mykonos, By Boat

Today we went island hopping, exploring the Greek islands.

We jumped on the boat and headed out on a 5 hour cruise.

An afternoon of sunshine, cocktails and music whilst floating the clear blue waters?

I could get used to this!

We stopped off at an island, whilst a few of the other boaters went onto the island to explore it by foot. We stayed on to explore it through our masks.

After a truly strenuous day, we all fell into a deep sleep.

Waking up to pink noses and hungry bellies.

So we headed to what became  one of our favourite restaurants - wine by the litre and heavenly food.

Not to mention the free Lemoncello!
