Today's post is a photo diary of my exciting trip to Al Mazrouah Yard! Grab a cuppa and a biscuit and dig into this photo heavy post.
This weekend my fellow food lover and I excitedly made our way to the farmers market in Qatar. Despite getting lost, trekking over wasteland to tents we were both jumping with excitement when we hopped out the car.
This is my lovely friend Krystal. I'ver never et someone that shares the same amount of excitement about vegetables!
It isn't possible for me to put into words how excited all of these veggies made us. We even had the men working there laughing at us.
When I say it isn't like your average farmers market, I meant it! This was our shopping trolly.
And this lovely gentleman helped us pick all of our yummy goods. He was also one of many whom laughed when we shrieked with excitement!
We picked up a grate of avocados, melon, lemons, eggplant and courgette. And all at a small price that shocked us both!
I managed to steal the "shopping trolly" to snap a picture!
This picture right here sums up our morning at the market and these smiles did not leave our face, not once!
We hurried home only to share the excitement with the family...and yes they do think we are crazy!
