Thailand 2013-14

26th December 2013
The Rees and Burn's family jetted off to Thailand for an eight day holiday. After a seven hour flight followed by a three hour drive, we arrived in Hau Hin where we were greeted in the lobby of the Hilton hotel. On this trip we all experienced new experiences from fried morning glory to a more cultural side of Hau Hin.

On day one being extremely tired we explored the hotel and shortly after dined at an Italian next to the hotel. Nine o'clock bed time struck...
Day two was straight down to the breakfast hall for something to eat. Shortly afterwards we set up by the pool where we stayed for the rest of the day. Until evening time where we ventured out into the town, dining in yet another Italian restaurant. Followed by a massage and drinks.
Day three... to your surprise we sat out by the pool again followed by a dinner in the town. Only this time myself and Henry got a fish pedicure - a first for both of us. Despite my influence being the reason we did it, i can't say i would be doing it again any time soon.
However, day five was a rather special evening as it was New Years Eve. We all got dressed up for the special night of dinner and drinks followed by a balcony view of the New Year celebrations in the town. When midnight struck it was such a magical time and i was so grateful to be spending it with my first and second family.
Day six myself, Georgie and the mummy's took a tuk tuk through the town to the floating market. Here we go to taste the traditional foods while exploring the shops.
Day seven was yet another repeat of say two three four and five however it being our last night in Hau Hin we dined at our favorite restaurant  before heading up to bed.
Day eight our trip to Thailand had unfortunately come to an end, we flew back to sunny Doha to start the new year properly at home.
