Just a cya

25th september

Living in the middle east, a good bye is as common as a hello. But this goodbye is far harder than i had expected, especially when it is someone that has had a huge impact on you. I met my wonderful best friend in year ten, from day one she has changed me as a person, for the better. She is someone i look up too for many different reasons! Never have i ever come across someone with such a contagious smile, something i will dearly miss seeing everyday. The happiest person i know, hands down, even on her worse days she put a smile on my face and i wish i could have done the same to return the favor.

She is moving back to England now, and as much as I hate to have her gone, she is going to have the most amazing time! Its a whole new world out of our little bubble here in Doha and I couldn't wish anything better for her.

I am missing you more and more each day but I am also counting down the days until you come back! Good luck with everything and show them all how amazing you Clidna!

September 20th

These three lovely ladies came over for the day for a much needed beach day.

After engine difficulties
we finally got round to taking an adventure on Baby Bella around the bay and I can hands down say i've never laughed so much with them. I'm so blessed to have you all - I love you!!!

Huda's Birthday

13th of September
Yesterday myself and eight girls celebrated my best friend, Huda's, birthday at the Ritz Carlton hotel. We had a spa day, with lunch and cocktails- soaking up the sun all day long. I had a wonderful day and I only hope the beautiful birthday girl did too. I couldn't be more thankful to have such a lovely group of friends.

After five years of friendship, she has been so loyal to me and I am blessed to have her - even luckier to call her my best friend.

Happy birthday Huda! 17 years old and I dearly look forward to  many more wonderful years with you

Bonjour Hola Ciao and Hello

I have been planning on writing my own blog for quite some time now and since Summer 2013 is wrapping up rapidly - I can't think of a better time to start. So back to basics - I'm Isabella Rees, 17 years old and living in Doha. Having spent the first 11 years of my life living in England, I have spent the last 5 living in the Middle East.

I am a self confessed shopaholic - as you will soon find out! This blog will be broadly lifestyle based about anything and everything, from new recipes to what I'm doing and generally what I'm loving!

I am so excited to finally get this blog going...
