The Beach, Mykonos

After a glorious night's sleep, we peeled ourselves out of the crisp, white hotel sheets and opened the shutters to reveal this view.

Happy eyes and hungry bellies, we bumbled down to breakfast.

The unlimited fresh fruit and delicious breakfast food, whilst looking out onto the bay, quickly stole the early morning grumpiness off the boys.

How could this view not?

Before heading down to the very private beach. Could you tell I was excited?

We ventured down to the bay front for dinner, where both wine and fish were consumed in high quantities - what more could you want from dinner?

Mykonos, Greece

A short flight over the enriching Greek Islands filled my eyes with joy.The sun lit up the shades of blue in the sea beneath us, bringing the island to life.

Upon hopping off the plane, a layer of charm arrives with the heat that glows from the building and pavements.

As soon as we arrived we ditched our bags and slipped our swimsuits on, and we were off again!

Not straying too far from the room, we bumbled down to the pool for a cocktail.

Beer for the men and cocktails for the ladies. Waiting on the arrival of the final Rees family member.

Doing nothing more than taking in the view.

It wasn't long until our empty bellies led us astray.

We took a seat at this beautiful restaurant that looked over the bay. Although I couldn't keep my eyes off the vast selection of fresh fish. And wine of-course.

Marking the start of our holiday with wine, food and this view.
